Many on the board use the Expert 100% success claim as justification for buying shares.

My email to Expert showed me that just because SNDY employed them, they are in no way assured of completion. Expert explained that sometimes companies just bail out rather than finish (See 2010 Q3) the process. Expert doesn't count those companies against their 100% success rate claim.

Therefore is it possible to SNDY just stops the process again like they did in 2010? IMO most certainly. IMO that fits their dilution/pumping/4 prior RS ways.

Imo SNDY stops again, and Expert will still maintain their 100% claim.
