I think there was nothing wrong about Denny Diante.

He was promoted to a high position where a lot of promises were made ... (yes again...lol)

We all hoped something would turn for the best.

What has he done despite all his previous glorious life achievements?

Why?

Because you cannot make anything from non existing assets!

Nobody can. Even if your current management is great (I am not saying it is.. Only assuming), it cannot go ahead with any ideas. If they were to rewrite all the financials over he last few years. it will come down go the original merger deal that was cancelled and this company has no assets to show as there aren't any.

They are currently showing ghost assets to fool shareholders. If the truth come out there will be no shareholder with their right mind to stick around.

Maybe it isn't us who are not getting the point...
