It was simply a signal someone was buying on a dormant play, at .0007 on the 13th. Since I was watching L2 and TimeSales it was obvious that day, very unusual with other important factors I won't get into.

If one uses a 10day avg. volume chart, there is plenty of opportunity to see unique changes in regards to historical.

So is there news or financials? No clue

It's simply a play for profit unless something comes up.

You see a new symbol not familiar with? Check historical and see how it's traded in the past.
