Here's an email from Expert Resources I received regarding the validity of the 100% pass claim, its interesting. I'm betting SNDY falls under the 2nd category. (See prior CE failure Q3 2010 from lack of funding)

You guys can stow that 100% mess IMO:

100% of our clients pass their first attempt at ANY certification audit. In other words, our clients have never failed a certification audit.


On the other hand, we've had a very small percentage of clients that stopped the project. Therefore, a very small percentage of clients never finished their implementation and therefore never scheduled the certification audit. Sometimes companies are bought and sold and will halt an initiative. Sometimes they may lose a key executive or have financial difficulties. The reasons to halt an initiative may vary, but it is not due dissatisfied work with Expert Resource.
