I am long here, as far as the Hodges are concerned I don't believe they are criminals. I do believe the are being advised by a very shrewd individual. I think that if they do the RS it will hurt the company big time, if you lose the small investors like us there is no guarantee that Bigger Fish will jump in! I also think that the 100-1 split is not fair to the share holders that helped get them this far. I know the Hodges are hard workers and dedicated to the company but they should really step back and re-evaluate their next move! GLTU
