More than likely. Back in 1999 and in 2001 stocks would kick off at .50 cents and could run to 20.00. People have perceived penny stocks as gambling, the truth is they just don't know how to trade. Now a days people shy away from stocks like these. How ever , ads are more commonly found all around the Internet about trading penny stocks. Links are every where. It is a great profitable niche if some or can read technicals and under stand how it works. Times have changed tremendously over the last decade.
