I read most of these posts but not all so my information on these latest developments may not be complete. From what I have read, it appears a large shareholder wants to put the company out of business in order to acquire the technology. Am I reading this right? Or it's a proxy battle to get their own BOD to further their own agenda which is essentially the same?
