The company I thought had just finished going through a SEC inquiry. Why is there still people saying he has not fulfilled all the SEC requirements for filing?

That kind of accusation sounds suspicious. Hoping people do not follow too closely while knowing that the SEC checked them out and told them to trea a software asset differentlyand basically nothing else.

Oh well, some people get their jollies in different ways.
