AVNE .105 x .145, last at .117. Just filed annual report on OTC Markets last night after several years of official silence. Reported float as 3,638,081, so the mythical "float lockdown" is truly a possibility here.

This is also noteworthy:
"On April 29, 2013 the Company entered into a Joint Venture with US Fuel Corporation, (OTC:
USFF) with the intention of integrating the Company’s algae photo bioreactor process with US
Fuel’s coal-to-liquid system planned for Muhlenberg County and Perry County, Kentucky."
