Maybe the company will raise so much money with ATM sales that they will become a takeover target based on cash position. ;)

The uber-longs will tell you that PPHM is raising money by selling off chunks of the company for a fraction of what they feel it is worth, in order to gain a stronger negotiating position.




If anyone, other than Sierra and many on this board, thought that PPHM was seriously close to partnering with a legitimate company, the share price wouldn't be $1.46



Fair point. But that can change quickly and then the share price will not be $1.46.
