Be Confident: I am being confident in my humble honest opinion. Did you read the last line I wrote in that post?

None of us know what's going on but I don't think it's coincidence that YA diluted all the shares out at right about the time the EPO ruling came out.

I don't think the Good Doc ever sold his shares. I believe they were essentially goodwill given to NEOM that if certain things took place (no monthly operating debt or as LM calls it, "self-sufficiency") and an EPO ruling in favor of the patents, well, certain good things could work out to finally pay YA off once and for all.

I never bought either lame, short sighted arguments of:
1) He's just investing in a penny stock like the rest of us and he sold. He's got billions so what's a few million. Nothing. He was just rolling the dice or throwing a dart and it came up NEOM. - BS. That's not the way a self-made billionaire such as himself thinks. They're coldly calculating and very careful of how they spend their money. It's not his nature at all. His track record shows that. We know what he wants to do and it's global in reach and could eventually touch every man, woman and child around the world. That's not big. That's HUGE. We all believe he can't get around to fulfilling that vision w/o crossing NEOM's patents.
2) Why wouldn't he just license the patents if he needs them? No need to buy the company. - BS. Like the saying goes...Why pay for milk when you can buy the cow. He can not only buy the cow but the whole damn farm, easily. He can make far more off the patents in the long run if he owns them rather than paying for them through regularly occurring license fees. NEOM doesn't have to go away. They can, and LM can continue doing what they're doing, debt free and lean and mean. And, they can continue doing so as a pubic company. Nobody said they need to go private. A subsidiary of a private company can remain public.

A couple things would need to occur for NEOM to look attractive to purchase: 1) self-sufficiency and, 2) EPO ruling in their favor.

He doesn't want to fund a bleeding operation and he doesn't want to mess around w/ patent challenges. NEOM is not bleeding monthly cash any longer and the patents are rock solid, never to be directly challenged nor have their validity questioned ever again.

Bottom line…He needs the patents to full-fill his Global Grid goals. The volume last month wasn't like it was just by chance. Something was behind it, or somebody. It wasn’t just MM’s just flipping back and forth to rush this to max O/S for YA's benefit alone for no good reason.

I don't think YA can play the massive dilution game again w/ retail investors here any longer and come out on top. I don't think YA wants to run a company nor go actively searching for a buyer to sell the patents to nor do so just for the debt alone. I think YA would like to clean-up their reputation a bit for the SEC and would like at least one good example to be able to point to for the SEC as proof that they're not all bad. NEOM’s their best opportunity to do just that.

We've all had plenty of time to average down. Three times the debt or three cents a share would go a long way to erasing multiple years’ worth of utter frustration for many here. I think YA would be happy w/ that too at this point.

Can you imagine the books written about this one if this could all unfold like I think it can? Maybe even worthy of a film.

I'm hoping and praying for a positive outcome for us all here who have invested over the years. We deserve it.

We should all do the same.

Beats the hell out of moping and bitching about the worst of things that could happen, doesn't it?

It's as equally as plausible line of thought as all the gloom and doom thinking I've been getting quite tired of reading.

Let's dream a little bit in this short time we have of NO MORE DILUTION.

NEOM may just be turning into a guiled turd after all. I’ve always referred to it as a diamond-in-the-rough. May it’s time it shines. Sparkle for us NEOM.

Has anybody here ever experienced a stock story like this before going all the way the end of the rope w/ so much potential good that could happen on the horizon?

Isn’t this what we’ve all been waiting for all these years…vindication that we were right? We put our money where our mouths are here and we’re tired of eating crow.

NEOM has won all the court battles. NEOM has overcome all the regular occurring monthly losses. Isn't it time its retail investors won for once?

I think it is. The time is right and it couldn't be more perfectly set up for something massively positive to happen.

Dream big.

Pray hard.

Questions:
What do we have to lose at this point that we haven't lost already? Is getting more angry and depressed going to better our situation here one iota?

Answers:
Nothing and No.

Hope to see some fellow shareholders in 3 1/2 weeks.

All of this is JMHHO.
