I know you nailed it with the key being 389 million shares outstanding of which the Wallach's own over 280 million.

So the question is...do they really care about shareholders other than themselves?

Because even at 30 cents a share, the Wallach's are worth over 84 million dollars.

Can you see them letting any of those shares go?

And who is the buyback for? Insiders who bought around 20 cents a share?

The Wallach's have to show they are serious about running a public company in the best interest of all shareholders, not just the biggest shareholder.
