I think if you check back to prior runs, you will see that the PPS never goes below .0010. Almost all the selling is done at .0011 and .0012. Sure looks like someone is picking up all the dilution. The MM's would not eat all those shares and keep the pps
in the .0011/.0012 range. I checked with my broker and he believes
the Form T's are a non-MM broker buying the diluted shares from the MM's. In other words, someone is accumulating big time. I think it's for a buyout or just someone protecting themselves and MCET from a marauder interested in a yet unpublished patent on MCT475.

Just my 2 cents worth and opinion.
