Flashdave you bring up some good points. Although the dilution is not much it still hurts investor confidence that the company cares little about transparency. You thinking that maybe they are running the company poorly on purpose so that they may have legit reason to dilute and pay themselves?

Man they already did well to get the product onto store shelves so its strange that they seem to be hijacking their own success. You'd think that manufacturing and distribution would be their main costs and that this one-trick-pony product would at least generate enough revenues to become profitable. What are they doing over there anyway, they need to scale back the operations because this not rocket science.
