I have been in stocks that moved without PRs.. e.g. VDSC, BMSN, NTEK. When we left the trips and teens, there was no PR; just PR expectations.
SUTI can and should move without a PR but I think traders in this are already frustrated because it has taken long. They always stack the ask at the 0.0009-0.001, and start whacking the bid towards close. THIS STOCK CAN GO BUT Y'ALL NEED TO LEAVE EMOTIONS ASIDE.... Trade for a killing; thats why OTC exists.

I can disclose that I hold tonnes of SUTI in the 0.0007s and 0.0008s; but should I sell at 0.0009 for a 1-2 tic??, NOOOOO.. I dont trade like that. Anything bought in the trips should never be sold in the trips... rules of trading... try that and you will stop making peanut money... perhaps, you would be there with the NTEK guys.
