Given all of the pronouncements he has made about the installations that they are acquiring, it would seem to me that if this is as successful as he is representing it he would be able to obtain debt financing and not have to do a R/S. This would protect the stockholders, but I don't think he cares a bit about the stock holders. Don't forget the R/S for A/S is 1 for 10, leaving potentially a lot of toxic dilution.
