of course.. promoters that received free stock and many who gave the company finance and consulting projects in exchange for shares. Going on the NYSE is a whole new ball game. NYSE has tough listing requirements. This is a huge achievement for them. I'm sure this will open them up to raise 20-40 mil in capital. I can see this stock around $40 and eventually get bought out. I love the float on this as well..
