Vision Films, a worldwide distributor of independent films, documentaries and music has announced today the signing of their deal with Montreal-based Archeos Entertainment (NASDAQ: ACRO) for production funding and development of a motion picture slate to be produced in Canada by XII Tribes Entertainment.

The deal, which was finalized during Marché du Film at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, was put into place by Lise Romanoff, Vision Films' Managing Director/CEO of Worldwide Distribution, Michel Zgarka, Executive Chairman at XII Tribes, and Ysé Brisson, XII Tribes' COO. With financial backing from Archaeos Entertainment, Vision Films and XII Tribes have planned a number of feature films, with budgets ranging from 3M to 15M, to be produced in Alberta, Canada and distributed worldwide. ..."
