I don't even know where to begin in breaking down the errors in your post -

"announcing a R/S just when we get this thing out of sub penny"

When you want to expand the Authorized Share count you need to file a proxy and usually you have a public shareholder meeting. Since you also need to have a shareholder vote on a reverse splt, it only makes sense that you combine the two. It cost money for these shareholder votes and because they are taking care of both at the same time, you're upset?

If you want to see the stock get off of the OTC exchange, and you should, then you can't expect it to qualify for any exchange when it is just entering the revenue stage and has 400mil (soon to be more) outstanding shares. The valuation isn't there to support a higher share price and that means you can't qualify to move your listing.

And who is going to put up a huge sum of money in this with a share price in the pennies? I'm not crazy about how this has been managed but it doesn't make sense to complain when they are taking some necessary steps.

"dribbling out Home Depot news via the website rather than a press release"

Are you suggesting that the tail does indeed wag the dog? If any company wants to put out a Press Release that includes the name of Home Depot (or anyone else for that matter) they have to get Home Depot to sign off on it. Home Depot will control the news flow and not ECO Building.

Home Depot makes the decisions on what can come out, trust me, someone had to get permission to tell us what they've told us so far. You shouldn't blame that on the company.

".MOST HOME BUILDERS DO NOT BUY THEIR LUMBER FROM HOME DEPOT"

That's true. Nevertheless Home Depot, Lowe's, etc do a huge volume in lumber sales and with Home Depot likely having some kind of exclusive agreement in place (I'm hoping with some volume commitments) then there are ways for a home builder to get this without it ever hitting a store. I'm guessing that Home Depot is smart enough to figure that out.

Let's watch for news of houses going vertical with Red Shield in the areas where there are stores/supplies and we'll find out if that's the case.
