Friday August 9 is the deadline for Q2 results for accelerated filers. My guess is there will be a vote on the full board of directors at the AGM, so the candidates will have to be announced. I also believe some of those candidates have been delaying acceptance pending the successful start up of the third processor.

So I anticipate we get some kind of status report on #3, which may include an update on the introduction of waste oil to processor #2, followed shortly thereafter by the slate of candidates for the board and the announcement of the date of the AGM.

My understanding is 30 days notice will be given prior to the AGM. Labor day is Monday September 2. So my guess is the AGM will be scheduled between August 19 to 23 which would allow for any possible late filing issues for Q2 results.

I will probably be wrong but that's my guess.
