I can't believe Hill did this. He raised the AS to pay to get the back financials done. He did 2009 amendment and that was it. Hill really F 't this one up. 141M OS and he had 1B AS. Plenty of room to raise money for financials.

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
