NOT same type of share or from same total!!

GRANTED shares and ISSUED shares are NOT same SHARE GROUP!!!

You cannot ISSUE granted shares BEFORE they are DUE!!!

The granted shares will be issued Dec 31, 2013!! and 2015!!
