No its 1/500 for the O/S.

The TA today said the A/S is 2 billion. This would mean it was reduced by a factor of 10. I think this is BS though....I think the A/S is still 20 bill.

Indirectly, I heard Roy confirmed the A/S is unchanged. I'll keep checkin' to see if the TA gets it straightened out.
