PERHAPS and I am saying pure uninterrupted speculation at this point, maybe that 3+ million shares are finding their way to the market so as not to go through that 9.99% ceiling.

Certainly possible. And as there is no way for anyone to ever know, if your ownership calcs for Hudson are correct, then IMO they very much will dump shares in order to avoid hitting that 10% threshhold. Given Hudson's MO, I see nothing unique w/DSS that would warrant Hudson making an exception in this case and be willing to subject themselves to regulatory scrutiny.

There have been several theories floated around, all of which have some merit. To this end, I have two thoughts:

(1)
In my experience, I have found that any scenario, regardless of how improbable it may seem, if it cannot be demonstrated to be impossible, MUST be considered as being a possibility

(2)
Also in my experience, I have found that most of the time it is never simply one explanation -- that in a public market comprised of investors/traders with a wide range of objectives, that the explanation is typically comprised of varying degrees of "all of the above".
