MARKET VIEW

If you are not posting a market view you should. It forces you to study, have a reason, and take a side.

My view is short the Qs, DOW, SMH, SOX with a slightly weaker short on the SPX and the COMPQ.

My reasons are the NASI, NYSI, and Bullish Percents. I also watch the utilities and transports. Utilities were, I think, the only sector to be down today. True the transports were up big but I believe they had lagged and were playing catch up. Transports may rise slightly before joining the downturn.

Each night I look at the above indices and etfs with these indicators. In each case they are overwhelmingly if not 100% negative.

VOLUME, AROON 20, WILLIAMS%, PPO, FULL STOCH, MACD HIST, ADX, CMF, AND ACCUMULATION DISTRIBUTION

If you must be long make it energy or healthcare.

That is what I see.
