Doug, another person had a similar questions about the Wheelies on the Facebook page. Here is part of the reply cut and pasted from their feedback.

The video demo should be released soon.

three things about Wheelies:

a) In terms of trademarks, the company is not currently aware of any other outdoor advertising display or persistence of vision device using the Wheelies name.

b) Initial Wheelies product will not use any patented technology (so that it can be brought to market quickly).

c) The company is already working on a next generation device with patentable features (more on this will be disclosed as the product matures).
