sounds like bad news from mr pr himself... sure small businesses will take more time, so why was it not started several months ago to start selling to the 'small' companies! they way govt's work is sllllooooooow! i would rather make 5000 dimes then one big o'dollar any day! from what you quote sure sounds like when you eventually do get a pr statement it will be just after another round of dump to drive the price down. be prepared for some more disapointment. sad, so very sad
