futt..It is a fact.. I may have to pry the documents from those who sold when I confront them.But..I remember. I do however,also remember (in one of my past conversations with Putnam) bringing up the topic to him about shareholders waiting for the NASDAQ listing to occur, while he sold. And his comment to me was..."I sure had to pay a lot of taxes"..He tried to turn it around..made me dislike him all the more..
