I hope all you guys understand completely what you are doing, because currently the value is no longer present as it was a short time ago, and it has become a very risky play: 1) The stock has already advanced from eleven cents a share to its current valuation within the past year. What happens to the value of the stock when these low priced shareholders who bought in less than two months ago at .15 begin to dump and start taking their hefty capital gains? 2) There are only 2 full time employees including the 70 year old president. 3) There are large blocks of unregistered 144 stock just waiting for the minimum holding period to pass so that some of these shares can be "cashed in" and sold on the open market. What is this going to do to the float and the valuation of the shares when these 4 large investors and other institutional holders begin to cash in their "chips'? 4) Speaking of float, how can you verify that speculators of varying expertise on this penny stock board, due in fact control 90% of the float? Do you believe that everyone in your "syndicate" will actually act in harmony with one another, and no one will become greedy in their investment behavior? 5) The company has only been in business for 5 years and has no real track record in dealing with "big pharma" or Hong Kong and Chinese investment syndicates.6) Not that long ago, the company sold 2.5 million shares of its stock to an insider at $25,000 as thats what corporate valued the true real worth of its shares. 7) Technically speaking, the stock had a reversal and broke out in the 40 cent area, but it has now appreciated 50% from that level. That is not to say, that it will not go any higher from these levels, but, imo, the value is no longer there as it was a month and a half ago, when it was low as fifteen cents. It MAY be exciting for a tad longer, but when the the dumping begins, I sure wouldn't want to be the "Greater Fool" holding this hot potato. 8) Suggest using caution for any new investor considering taking a position at this point. GLTA.
