Only in the Western world do we consider pharmaceutical companies as the only purveyors of medicine. I didn't say that MJNA is a pharmaceutical company, because it's not. I did say that they aren't allowed to make health claims. They did previously, but they had to stop doing so.

By the way, MJNA, serial diluter and truth polluter, would love to be thought of as a biotech company:

With our recent involvement with KannaLife Sciences and the ongoing efforts to develop MedChewRX into a revolutionary pharmaceutical product, MJNA has taken a big step forward in the field of bio-technology. Like any emerging bio-tech company, there are the ups and downs of product development and sales as well as ups and downs in market value / share price.

Many such products are in the late-development stage and will soon be offered to the marketplace, some are already being sold through Dixie Botanicals.
