Give me Cliffs Notes of what is going on.


Someone let me know in two paragraphs what the deal is with this stock right now. I have watched it for a few years half paying attention, and I noticed it was a tight trading range today.

I thought I saw a while back that management lost in its legal attempt against the FDIC.

Someone fill in the blanks, including timeline of upcoming events.
