Actually, such a large order (hundreds of millions) would be anonymous and darked pooled. There is not enough retail volume to hide it. Filing one order, is not an issue unless routing from broker to MM and MM inventory is imbalanced against a buy or sell. Even if that is the case the MM to where it was routed would find another MM to fill the order in their interdealer network.
