It appears that RIMJOB is misrepresenting a material event in the companies development. Could this considered fraud? Will the SEC act? Will a prosecutor somewhere be informed enough to indicte?

My hope is YES to all three. These guys need to be stopped from ever doing this again.


P.S. Anyone know what John Howell is up to these days? ( I'd like to see him ' up the river ' as well. )
