We have placed a first order for one hundred thousand bale top bottles. Retail prices are expected to be in the $5-$10 per bottle range. This will be a first for a Bottled Still water product to break the $5 barrier. The Bottles are due to arrive in our Tiger facility in February.

In addition, on January 11, 2013, the Corporation announced it had been extended credit and placed an
order with Tricor Braun to provide bottles and labels. Due to an inordinate amount of calls from outside
parties that relationship and opportunity has been withdrawn and terminated by Tricor Braun. The
Corporation did place an order for bottles, but has not taken delivery as the credit terms were not
extended as they were understood prior to placing the order. We deeply regret the harassment that was
caused to Tricor and will look to repair that relationship as well as mitigate any further harm to their
Corporation.
