Thanks, old man river !!! Great phone report ! Unfortunately in my opinion all this confirms what is going on: Herzog is a liar. But it alkso confirms that Herzog is very clever: No deal with him has any legal background and thus he can release every lie he wants to - and nobody can touch him. BGMI is a sick story and Herzog is a sick, even clever criminal CEO. However, we do not knoiw why he does all this, but one thing is sure: He is filling his wallets while shareholder lose tons of $$$.
As I said, Hewrzog belong in jail....but unfortunately SEC will not take care for this dark persononality!
