All of this scam talk is absurd.

Kevin Allyn is part of iVest as either an investor in the Private Equity company, or an employee, or both.

When iVest invested 150 million in Jan's iEquity, part of the deal was iEquity had to take Allyn as SKTO Chairman to protect the investment. This is all IMO if course.

It is very common for Private Equity companies to appoint their trusted team to oversee investments.

Those that are invested here believe in the company, we don't need your protection.
