I am talking about the fact that the SEC has frozen the accounts so they can NO longer actively sell or dump BIZM shares into the market. If they weren't selling millions of shres on the recent run it could of gone to $6 $7 $8 or higher for all we know.

Since the Argentinians have sold shares to others, what will prevent these shares from being resold and dumped into the next bounce by the persons who bought the shares from the Argentinians? Sorry if this is a dumb question and I'm missing the point - haven't had any morning coffee!
