It has been reported here on this Board that both of NBR's mines, RUBY AND FRASER, or now operational and fully approved for mining. So why is NBRI's shares priced so low, and SUTTER MINE higher ? Something is not being reported for the OTC Market to function, or is it just being manipulated by a few selfish speculators ?
