many are but they are definitely NOT all the same.
they may trade similarly but how they are managed and the financial and business acumen of the mgmt will mostly determine which ones can be successful. wading into the capital markets at this level is tough for any company but it can be done successfully.
this one is being managed and acting like most. if the brand is as viable as they are claiming with respect to distribution and shelf space - then they are doing a very poor job on the business end and both will come to light in the next quarters.
