This is good new for BIZM! BIZM was NOT named and the company did NOT dump or sell stock. This was done from the funder or debt guys that bought stock or got stock from the beginning from the company and then they falsified it to get it to clean and put it in nominee's accounts and had them sell it likely.

This is good news for BIZM and BIZM longs. BIZM will sell off when it opens but that will be the low and it will trade much higher from that low short term. Why? Because of many reasons including the nominee's can't DUMP or sell anymore so NO diluting will be done. Plus the shorts will want to cover millions of shares to CASH in on their profits which in turn will push the PPS higher and there will be longs (bargain hunters/traders) like me loading because we know it will rebound and bounce hard short term.

This means the company was NOT named and the company was NOT selling shares. More importantly this is huge news because the shares are now TIED up so they can't be dumped into the bounce and next run after the initial sell-off which is great news!

This is a no brainer after the sell-off and for an easy double or triple from where it bottoms on the first day of re-trading (July 10th). Liquidity will be huge because BIZM was promoted heavy and known all over the world now basically. I mean look at the trading dollar volume BIZM was experiencing. It was trading between $10 Million to $40 Million dollars a day so there is no more marketing needed here my friend.

Plus the shorts have to cover and there wont be any diluting now that the nominee's accounts are frozen and there will be many bargain hunters such as myself looking to load up for the big rebound.
