Bob, tingling and SOLID wood! I was also thinking just last evening if they were wanting to use the current holiday to play the announcement down, then we would have the appeal signed by the court yesterday or today and low and behold guess what we found...the court signed and approved the mutually agreed appeal withdrawal.

Now that leads me to believe we may see something late this evening around 8:00pm to 11:00pm or even Friday night but if it is going to happen at the most less than two weeks and I do NOT want to think otherwise...
