Sitoa Global Inc. Announces Director Changes

On April 5, 2013, Mr. Dennis Schmal resigned as Chairman of the Board, Corporate Secretary and Director on the Sitoa Global Inc. Board, effective immediately. On April 5, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Philip Ka to serve as Director on the Company’s Board, effective immediately. Mr. Ka (age 43) has been the Senior Vice President of CY Oriental Holdings Ltd. since 2001. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Ka was the Managing Director of Powerlot (Pacific) Ltd. during which he initiated, organized and supervised the business of the company with over 500 staff members. Powerlot is engaged in the business of garment manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, and international trade with annual revenue exceeding $50 million in 2001.
