The Float being in strong hands has some pretty good ramifications if/when good news hits. If no news then it won't help. When good news hits, the fact that a large percentage of people who hold the shares know the potential, it will likely mean a faster climb up as there will not be as many sellers until this gets over a certain price. Just my opinion.
