Stating facts is not artificial, but absolutely necessary as if he buys us back and sells as a private company we only get market value! In october he filed to deregister with the SEC to take the company private to sell it. Licencing the patent gives him immediate revenue to do that. By doing all we can to increase it's stock price will help both us and new stockholders. Either way, new stock holders will not lose a dime as this company is incredibly solid! I am hoping he will take it out of the pink and publc again as this stock will exceed NTEK if that happens. Can you imagine having a company with it's salary as your main expense!
