Sounds to me like 4retire is an investor who has lost faith through out the years and is now playing devil's advocate.
I want to know about frackedup...great name by the way because you seem to be all fracked up, probably been fracked up your whole life. Other names you can look into would be sithead or stupidbeach... but anyway, what's your story? you don't post anything until 6-21-13, and you post like you are the only one who really knows what's going on. What does this case mean to you? Why would you read all the court papers? Do you have some direct involvement in this case? Are you a defendant in this case? Maybe a court clerk?
