good one

before it was $15,000 per year in revenue

now it is an increase in common shares outstanding of 50% and only $50,000 per year in revenue


I also agree that Poutre got a sweet deal.. that is slightly disappointing. I am not at all concerned about dilution.. 111 mill of a company like this with real REVENUE etc.. is better than what we had before!!
