The seller, if there is one, is in no hurry. Volume has been meaningless lately. JNSH has been dormant for years. Need a heavy group/promotion. Nothing the company has pr'd helped. I've seen several companies pr to begin sec compliant and 3 fold next couple days, but not here. Beginning to think if the chicago contract is in our favor, won't bring new money. If we're close to a ruling, I would think some buyers would hit from a gambling perspective.
