I believe we have an intelligent group of investors here that have done the DD dance enough times to know the difference. Major holidays I view it as a bye week. No pun intended (buy). I know that businesses slow down especially if your dealing with financial documentation. The only bank available is your local atm. That is the only slack I think is reasonable. You might file this week however there are other companies ahead of you for review. Normally when a company is near a breakout point you already know there is someone wanting the inside play at the best price and there are many methods to their madness.
