Im having a back and forth with Peter right now. Here is a response to me asking about the new shares.

THE NEW SHARES HAVENT BEEN ISSUED. THE DEBT CONVERSION SHARES ARE A MAYBE TO CLEAN THE BOOKS BEFORE YEARS END BUT THE SHARES FOR THE MERGER WILL BE RESTRICTED. NONE OF THE NEW SHARES HAVE EVEN BEEN ISSUED. NO DILUTION

Xxxx,as mention on previous email we had increased the authorize due to?
Merger and maybe debt conversion to clean our books before the end of year close.

Unfortunately we don't have finalize that yet to advice you and every shareholder we still working.?
The majority of those shares will go to merger with one day cruise group and off corse it will be restricted.
