Amanita---
Ok, just as one would think, they had three units in a final form. One might come to the conclusion the next one had to be built, and the next one built and so on, and so on.
Then there is the other conclusion that one of these three G-4's was tested at one or more hospitals, and the hospitals asked for certain other criteria to be made part of the G4.
The three G-4's that is disclosed in the letter to the court, was seen and demonstrated to those that asked for the demo or attended a demo.
Number 23 sums says it straight out: ""be sent out for third-party testing; and the units must actually be built for delivery."
Thus one can obviously see that Cdex lied about "NOTHING", and that the above idea's of how the G4's had to be built and tested is what most likely been happening.
No surprise that Cdex told no lie, because otherwise Mr. Brumfield would have said "CDEX HAS 26 G4'S FULLY COMPLETED AND TESTED AND CERTIFIED READY TO SHIP TO 17 CLIENTS.
And NO such statement was made.
The twisting of actual facts says it all.
